On Friday, Revinate announced that it has added Sentiment Analysis to its platform, enabling hoteliers to easily see the guest sentiment attributed to their hotels as well as their services and amenities. Our clients are really excited about the release, noting that it’s a great way to quickly and easily see what topics people are writing about and whether those topics have a positive or negative sentiment.
