Webinar Series: Reputation 101 and Social Media Measurement & Metrics
We first want to thank everyone who participated in our Reviews and Online Reputation Management 101 webinar on Thursday. Tomorrow we will be hosting another free webinar on Social Media Campaigns – Strategies and Metrics where we will share tips and examples for creating successful social media campaigns and performance reports. In preparation for this event, we posted several social media analytics stories on the blog over the last few weeks – one focusing on how to evaluate your hotel’s Twitter performance and the second highlighting some social media analytics strategies and tools to leverage.
