September customer update from EMEA
Like every month we feature some of the hotels that have started working with Revinate to manage their online reputation and improve their guest satisfaction. September was a great month for the EMEA team with many hotels joining the Revinate Platform. Multiple of these hotels had previously worked with other solutions but switched to Revinate for their quality sentiment analysis and user friendly interface.
The rapidly growing Sandton Hotels chain lets you enjoy luxury, comfort, and hominess. Based in The Netherlands Sandton has 14 hotels in Holland, Belgium and France. All the hotels have their own character and can be found at special locations that have a lot to offer you during your weekend or holiday. Sandton will use both the Revinate platform for insight into their online reputation and the post stay survey service to collect more guest feedback.
Located in the midst of a beautiful park, the centuries-old Château Bethlehem has been transformed by twelve established and up-and-coming designers into a magnificent hotel with 26 uniquely designed rooms. Teaching Hotel Château Bethlehem is a real hotel, but here the students, who study at the Hotelschool Maastricht, play the roles of host, hostess and manager. The hotel has selected Revinate for the full property insight and uses social buzz to promote their reviews directly on the hotels website.
The Nettleton Group has three hotels in their portfolio; the luxurious Boringdon House in Plymouth, the Esplanade and Fistral Beach Hotel in Cornwall. They selected Revinate to actively manage their online reputation and use the Social Buzz widget to drive more traffic to their website. They previously used another solution for their online reputation but switched because they preferred Revinate’s intuitive interface.
The Home from Home group has an exclusive portfolio of self-catering four and five star apartments in Cape Town, South Africa. All accommodations are modern urban apartments but offer full service hospitality like daily housekeeping and concierge services. They selected Revinate because of its deep sentiment analysis and the direct syndication with Trip Advisor of their post stay surveys. They completed their full guest feedback suite with Revinate’s On-Site Survey solution.
The Dorak Holding has selected Revinate for a tailor made solution for their portfolio of hotels, resorts and private residences. The full Guest Feedback Suite was selected for each property, offering all of them insight in their online reputation plus additional feedback through the On-Site Surveys and Post-Stay Surveys. For the management customized corporate reporting has been set-up, which also includes their branded assets.
