October customer update from EMEA
In the October month many new hotels and management companies in EMEA joined the Revinate platform. They selected Revinate to help them gather insight in their guest and generate additional revenue from improved operations and increased average daily rates. In their planning for 2015, Danubius decided to put in place a very innovative strategy to encourage as much guest feedback as possible on TripAdvisor. To reach their goals, they integrated the Revinate Post-Stay Surveys at the Danubius Hotel Gellert, and after a 3 month pilot period they were able to increase the number of TripAdvisor reviews by 475% compared to the same period last year. After the successful pilot, Danubius decided to roll out the Revinate Surveys and Online Reputation Management platform to their other hotels in Budapest. With over 7500 hotel rooms in Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia and United Kingdom, Danubius offers travelers a mix of conference hotels, spa and wellness resorts and all-inclusive hotels.
