Competitor Set Management Tool
We’ll start with your brand new superpower. This week, we will be launching our new Competitor Set Management tool. Revinate administrators will be able to set up and edit their hotel’s competitive set directly within the Revinate application. With over one hundred review channels, Revinate collects the most comprehensive review data from hotels and allows you to track key reputation metrics on how your hotel compares to the competitors you specify. If you have a new hotel in your area you would like to compare yourself to, you will be able to add/remove and get access to this comprehensive data on your competitors all on your own, without reaching out to Revinate to do so. Revinate Product Names
What’s in a name anyway? We wanted to make it as simple as possible for our users to understand the capabilities of each of our four core products. Formerly known as the Guest Feedback Suite and inGuest, our four core products will now be known as Revinate Reputation™, Revinate Surveys™, Revinate Marketing™, and Revinate Engage™.
