If you want to hit the bullseye with your email campaigns, you have to go after the right target. Later this month, Revinate Marketing™ will release its brand new, easy-to-use segment builder which will allow you to create and save segments prior to building your campaigns.
This means your segments will live separately from your campaigns, can be accessed at any time, and will grow dynamically as you add new guests to your database. Of course, if you prefer to build your campaign first then create your segment second, you’ll still be able to do so.
Once the new segment builder gets released, you’ll notice when you log into your account that Revinate has automatically generated a set of segments to help you get started, including lists for Most Loyal Guests, Daily Arriving Guests, All On-Property Guests, and Locals within a 50 Mile/KM Radius. You can edit these to your own unique preferences so that they perfectly suit your hotel’s needs.
You’ll also see that each segment comes with helpful insights so you can better understand who you are targeting. As you’re creating each segment, you will see in real time what the total lifetime room spend of that group is, their average room spend per stay, and the estimated number of recipients. You can then decide whether or not it makes sense to target that segment.
