Today, Paul Brady of Huffington Post Travel published a great article for hoteliers titled Five Predictions For The Future Of The Hotel Industry. In the article he summarized key takeaways from Cornell University’s recent Hospitality Research Summit, several of which weaved in Revinate‘s take on the impact a customer’s social media mention can make on your brand:
“With transparency and social media today, there are no secrets anymore,” Revinate’s Michelle Wohl told HuffPost Travel after the conference. “As soon as you disappoint a customer, that’s when they are going to take to social media.”
