We’re wrapping up the year here at Revinate with some exciting features for our Revinate Surveys customers. Users now have access to new features in our Satisfaction Reports that will help them segment and gain deeper insights about guests based on surveys data. I guess you could say it’s the gift that keeps on giving!
New Data Filters for Satisfaction Score and Trend Reports
Our Satisfaction Score and Trend Reports show the results of all your surveys questions in one snapshot report. With our new data filters, you can view the answers to your surveys questions based on how guests answered another question on your survey. This is particularly useful to understand how a particular segment of guests feels about your property.
Let’s cover a real life example. Say you been getting negative feedback about the WiFi speed at your property and you want to understand what real impact it has on your guests’ overall perception of their stay. Simply use our “View by” filter to see how the survey answers differ between those who said the WiFi speed was sufficient and those who felt otherwise.
In this case, WiFi speed does have an impact on guest’s overall rating of the the property, so this is something that you may want to consider investing in.
By slicing and dicing the data in your Satisfaction reports, you can uncover insights that will help you understand your guests’ needs and make the operational changes that will improve their stay.
New filters in the report include filtering by the answers to multiple choice or yes/no questions, and the ability to view your data by segments like NPS Promoters, Passives, or Detractors.
You’ll now be able to see all of the answers to your comment box questions in one helpful report. This can be particularly useful for problem resolution. So if you have a question about any challenges that a guest had during their stay, look here to get more details about what was reported. Or, use this report to reward team members that have been positively mentioned in the comments.
