New Surveys KPI Widgets for Custom Dashboards
We’ve heard some enthusiastic feedback from our customers about the time-saving capabilities of our new custom dashboards, so we’re excited to announce yet another enhancement to this popular feature. Now, Revinate Surveys customers will be able to create custom widgets on their Revinate dashboard that display results for their post-stay survey questions. At a glance, users will be able to see their most important KPIs for both online review feedback and guest surveys, all in one dashboard.
New Surveys KPI widgets support responses to Yes/No and Rating questions. A hotel can create a widget that covers the % of guests who reported they experienced a problem during their stay or the hotel could choose to display widgets that cover the average score for important guest satisfaction metrics like check-in experience or room cleanliness.
