If you’re just getting started with Twitter, you can learn a lot from the way these hospitality companies actively engage with prospects and guests. In addition to offering Twitter specials, Charles Hotel helps the community find cool places and things to do in the area and warmly engages people who mention they will be coming to the hotel. Hyatt also does a great job making guests feel welcomed and helping with property questions and service issues.
