In October, 2013, Javeed Anwar, Head of Marketing and Sales at Sleeperz Hotels, met with Revinate to discuss the hotel group’s online reputation. Sleeperz, a compact lifestyle brand, tends to do things differently. While it serves a budget-oriented clientele, the hotels don’t compromise in rooms or service and operates full-service hotels with high-quality restaurants and bars.

When guests complained about the glass bathroom doors and wet room concept, executives took notice and are implementing design changes to ensure that guests are more comfortable. And, when staff is mentioned by name in reviews, they are rewarded and applauded.
