Wow. Pretty powerful stat. But for hotels that are focused on online reviews, this is great news. It means that by shining on TripAdvisor and social platforms, you have to power to change booking decisions.
How? Make sure that you are responding to reviews to show that you’re listening for feedback and looking for ways to improve. And most of all, encourage your guests to review your property when they return home.
