Now, Revinate customers can create and enhance their very own Revinate Dashboard in a property-level account, according to their own unique reporting needs.
We recognize you might have particular KPIs that are more important to you than others, so you might prefer a different configuration from our default view. For example, if you’re a General Manager, you might just want to see three widgets: your review rating, volume, and recommendation actions. If you’re an Operations Manager, on the other hand, you might want to make sure that your Trending Topics are visible at the very top of the report. It’s up to you! This level of customization is now available for your Revinate dashboard. Customers can add, delete, and move any data widgets easily with our drag and drop tool.
We’ve already been hearing great feedback from excited customers who have been exploring the endless personalization options now available in their Revinate dashboard. There are even more possibilities for Revinate Surveys™ customers. With this launch we’ve also included Surveys widgets, which cover metrics like Net Promoter Score, Survey Completion, Survey Volume Trend, and more. Add these to your Reputation data widgets for a true 360 degree view of all guest feedback side by side.
