The marketing team at Arizona Grand knows there’s a time to sell and there’s a time to plant the seed. With COVID-19 numbers still on the rise in the United States, this email takes a soft approach and reminds past guests that they are missed and that staff looks forward to welcoming them back. Also, by including the re-opening date of the waterpark, the hotel sends a subtle message that the area is opening back up for business.
