Opened in 2013, Tropica Island Resort, located in Fiji’s Mamanuca Island Group, prides itself on offering a quintessential Fijian experience. Because the 24-room boutique adult only resort is owner-operated, there is no corporate office helping with sales and marketing. Every campaign and marketing program is developed and launched by a single marketing person, so access to support and ease-of-use are important considerations for all technology products.

The owners, Rob and Sue Cecconi, decided to move from MailChimp to Revinate Marketing in order to consolidate their different guest databases and better segment their audience to enable more personalized emails.
