Millennium & Copthorne Hotels select Revinate to Improve Guest Satisfaction
Amsterdam, The Netherlands – Revinate today announced that Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc (M&C) has selected Revinate’s SaaS solution for online reputation management across its global portfolio of hotels. M&C will be adopting Revinate’s Online Reputation Management Solution at both the corporate and property levels, emphasizing the hotel group’s commitment to maximizing guest satisfaction, whilst driving new bookings and revenue.

M&C has recently upgraded many of its customer facing systems and processes, introducing new CRS technology, and enhancing its website branding and functionality. Revinate’s appointment signals a further step in the company’s rapid digital development, strengthening its capability to monitor, capture and most importantly act upon guest satisfaction data across the properties.
