DACH hotels can dramatically increase review volume on HolidayCheck with no extra effort
Today, Revinate, the global leader in guest data management and intelligence, and HolidayCheck, an online portal for travel bookings and reviews in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, announced a partnership that enables Revinate’s hotel customers to automatically syndicate post-stay feedback to the HolidayCheck website.
HolidayCheck review publishing for Revinate Surveys provides even more ways for hotels to increase the number of reviews, one of the three major factors affecting their ranking. The process is simple for both the hotel and hotel guests. The hotel sends a Revinate Survey after each guest’s stay. After completing the customizable survey questions, the guest is taken to a Revinate-branded page with standard HolidayCheck questions. Upon completion, the feedback goes directly into the hotel’s dashboard on Revinate Guest Feedback so action can be taken, and the review is forwarded directly to HolidayCheck.
