On a more positive note, we’ve had quite the exciting week thus far at Revinate. We recently launched our new Post-Stay™ Surveys which we believe will revolutionize the hospitality reputation management space and have already received a lot of great feedback from clients and prospective customers.
Moreover, we’re readying for not one, but THREE upcoming webinars that will focus on a variety of topics. On May 30th, we will discuss the importance of mobile for hotel marketers. On June 5th, we will review how social media is used for hotel crisis management. Finally, on June 11th we will partner with Cornell University to address the next generation of guest satisfaction. Finally, we have uploaded a new video to our YouTube channel that provides an overview of our new survey solution. We hope you have an enjoyable rest of your week!
