The Faces of Revinate – Monette DeLeon

Last Updated: October 21, 2022|Categories: Blog|Tags: , |1.8 min read|

We think we’re pretty lucky to have so many talented and diverse colleagues here at Revinate. In the weeks to come, we’ll continue to share a little bit about each person so that you can see the “faces of Revinate.”

If you’re already a client of ours, you may be somewhat familiar with Monette DeLeon, one of Revinate’s Client Service Managers. But here’s a little bit more about her.

In a nutshell, what do you do at Revinate?

As one of Revinate’s Client Services Mangers, I help oversee our East Coast clients by assisting with account setup, training and support, as well as client retention.

What do you like most about Revinate?

Like? I think you mean LOVE… what I love most about Revinate is the company culture. Our founders have done a fantastic job of cultivating a great work environment and encouraging work/life balance. I thoroughly enjoy coming into the office and working with such an awesome team. Everyone works hard, but we also know how to kick back and have fun.

How long have you been with the company?

Just over 10 months!

What were you doing before joining Revinate?

I was in New York City working as a Communications Manager for Highgate Hotels, a management company who is coincidentally one of our clients.

What’s your favorite hotel that you’ve stayed at?

Kona Kai Resort & Spa in San Diego

What is the number one city on your list that you want to travel to?

There are so many great places I have yet to visit, but Puerto Princesa is at the top of my list since I grew up in the Philippines and have not visited my home country in 19 years.

What kind of things/activites do you like to do outside of work?

I’m still relatively new to San Francisco, so exploring the Bay Area and finding good eats is one of my favorite things to do when I’m free. I’m also a fan of movies and games, so you’ll often find me hanging out with friends watching movies or playing Celebrity, Taboo, Scattegories, etc.
