If the sign-up is complete and successful, you will receive a copy of your signed mandate via email very shortly. In the unlikely event that there was an issue with the sign-up process, a member of our finance team will be in touch with you to advise next steps.

We will collect the full outstanding balance on your account in the coming days and then collect any subsequent payments as they become due, generally 5 days after sending your invoice. Should you have inquiries on this process, please contact billing@revinate.com and include the word “SEPA” and your Billing Group & Account Number in the subject line.
