User Interface Updates for Revinate Reputation™ and Surveys™

Last Updated: October 21, 2022|Categories: Blog|Tags: , |1.5 min read|

We’ve heard from our customers that one of the things they love most about Revinate is how easy we make it for them to manage their guest feedback. We love making our customers happy, so we’ve set out this year to update our product to be optimally efficient and even simpler for busy hoteliers to use. We’re excited to announce that this week Revinate revealed a brand new design for our Revinate Reputation™ and Surveys™ user interface with that goal in mind.

We think you’ll love:

Clear actions for reviews and surveys

Revinate users have always been able to initiate a reply or assign a ticket to a colleague to follow up on a review. Now these actions have been visually enhanced to clearly communicate which actions are available. This will make it easier to train staff and efficiently take action on your reviews.

Updated navigation

None of Revinate’s reports will be changing in functionality, but they will now be found in more logical groupings in our navigation menu so they will be easier for users to find and access essential guest feedback data

New look and feel

Everyone needs a refresh once in a while, right? The new design is fresh and fun and we think you’ll like the way it feels.

Revinate customers can access a quick overview video of the changes in our Support Center. Please note, you’ll need to be logged in to Revinate to access it.

While you’re exploring the new interface, make sure to check out our custom dashboards and KPI widgets, which launched earlier this year. It’s the perfect time to create your own Revinate dashboard, with the guest feedback metrics that are most important and most helpful for you.
