About the Hosts

Erica Rich

Erica Rich is the Sr. Hospitality Marketing Strategist at Revinate and is responsible for maximizing customer success through the education and adoption of hotel email marketing best practices. As the creator and instructor of Revinate's Email Marketing Certification for Hoteliers course, Erica has traveled around the world, educating hoteliers on how to become successful email marketers. She joined the Revinate team in July 2015 and is based at the company’s headquarters in San Francisco, California. Prior to joining Revinate, Erica spent 10 years in hotel marketing working for such brands as The Westin, InterContinental and HRI Lodging.

Dave Double

Dave Double is the Head of Marketing at Clink Hotels. He is a Chartered Institute of Marketing professional with an eighteen-year history of working in e-commerce and the hospitality industry. Specialising in SEO, digital strategy and marketing technology integration, Dave is always looking for innovative ways to increase brand penetration to drive direct business for Clink Hostels. Having used many email marketing systems over the years, Clink Hostels started working with Revinate in March 2018. Dave will be sharing his views of Revinate and Mews and discussing campaign strategy and performance.

Ruben Westmeijer

Ruben is Head of Channel Sales at Mews Systems. Ruben started working in tourism after he graduated in International Tourism Management over 10 years ago. Having worked in many different roles in several companies, he experienced the staggering amount of manual workflows and repetitive tasks in this industry first hand. As a millennial he thought he knew better and started to look for ways to help hotels automate and use the right technologies to start focusing on what is important: the guest. Working for Mews really helped him in this quest, as Mews is one of the first native cloud PMSs with an open API, allowing hoteliers to connect all other software solutions they use, so they can increase guest experience and maximise revenues.
