Lore Group did a fantastic job of cross-promoting their five properties in this Black Friday email campaign. The campaign reached the guest database from all of their properties, excluding those with OTA email domains and future bookings, which proved to be highly effective. Lore Group teased the sale in the compelling subject line, promoting guests to open the email, which led to open rates that are 33% higher than the global average for emails sent to segments of this size. In just two days, Lore Group managed to secure 75 room nights thanks to this well-exectued Black Friday campaign.
