The Boca Raton’s elegantly designed email campaign targeted past Thanksgiving and Holiday Season guests with a clear message to secure their bookings early. The campaign excluded those guests that had already booked for the 2023 season. The Boca Raton got the most out of this email by resending it nine days later to the segment that had not yet opened the first email. Both emails performed exceptionally well and are great examples of segmentation and email marketing best practices.
