The Reef House Boutique Hotel and Spa targeted past guests with no future stay booked to get them back onsite. This one-time room offer invited guests to book between October through March to enjoy $1,110 of additional inclusions. Past guests jumped at the offer to return! With an open rate of 40% and click-through rate of 3.6%, guests were eager to rebook. This campaign generated 51 reservations and 304 room nights. Way to go!
