Revinate CDP ingests data from folio, restaurant, spa, and golf vendors. Each vendor offers unique options mapped from their source. You can use these fields in the enhanced segmentation tool to create hyper-targeted and personalized marketing campaigns. Identity resolution is an integral part of the CDP and it cleans up messy and unreliable data in the PMS automatically saving hoteliers time. It is a step up from the traditional merge logic in many ways. Powered by machine learning, identity resolution feature can identify and merge guest profiles despite variations in data. It can also consider multiple fields – beyond first name, last name, and email – and identify profile associations with masked OTA email addresses, typos, name changes, misaligned fields, and faulty text.

Graph databases, on the other hand, are built to process relational data in real-time and are flexible enough to build and grow without endangering the current functionality.
