Average review response rate increased by 0.24% from 2021 to 2022
You’ve likely heard at least one person say, “Feedback is a gift.” While it sounds corny, it’s very true. Just think, every guest suggestion provides you with an idea for a way to improve the experience for future travelers.
With that in mind, it’s encouraging to see that the average review response rate increased by 0.24% from 2021 to 2022. That might not be a massive increase, but it does mean that hoteliers made an effort to address more feedback.

And it seems that hoteliers went to work trying to improve the guest experience. In fact, the average net promotor score (NPS) increased by 20.8% in 2022. Guests clearly notice the little things.
