This automated cancellation recovery drip campaign is a great way to get guests who have canceled a reservation to come back and rebook. Kandima sends drip campaign #1 of 2, 1 hour following a cancellation and again 5 days later if the initial email has not been clicked. They exclude any guest emails that have future stays at their hotel. This drip campaign has been a huge success for the hotel, generating 118 room nights in the past 30 days. The campaign has a 48% open rate and 5% click through rate. A huge success for Kandima!
