Every PMS collects information about children and how many family members are staying on the reservation so it is very easy to target your offers to family-segment. We really like this campaign example from Mountain View Resort. They used the same offer to all the guests within the family segment, but personalized the images and content to past-reservations. This is an example of the campaign that families with children will receive, and families without will be shown a different image. Plus, there are many outdoor activities that one can choose from!
