Jeff Hoh joins as APAC Head of Sales, while Nick Ellis has been appointed Australia Country Director. Ellis will report to Hoh who will report to Doug Tilford, Revinate's Chief Revenue Officer.
The dual appointments showcase Revinate's commitment to delivering localized expertise and strategic guidance to hoteliers across the region. With Hoh and Ellis joining the team alongside Nicole Wiener, Revinate's APAC General Manager, hoteliers gain enhanced access to on-the-ground support to unlock the full value of their guest data and drive direct revenue.
Hoh brings over 18 years of experience in SaaS and travel technology, with a proven track record of building high-performance teams and scaling partnerships across diverse markets. Previously holding leadership roles at Agoda, Bookaway, and Seatos, he has spearheaded regional expansion and partner-led acquisitions across APAC and Oceania.

Ellis brings over 25 years of leadership experience from brands including Accor, Ovolo, Spicers Retreats, and Salter Brothers Hospitality. Having held roles from GM to COO, as well as Head of Revenue and Director of Innovation, Ellis has led hotel brand launches, digital transformation programs, and commercial growth strategies across the region. He's also been a former Revinate customer and has seen the platform's impact firsthand.

Additionally, Ellis currently serves as Deputy Chair of Queensland's peak tourism body, representing the $35B visitor economy and shaping tourism policy across the state. He's also a senior judge for the Queensland Tourism Awards.
In the region, Ellis will be joined by Romley Mikkelson as the Customer Success Manager for ANZ and the South Pacific. This expanded team structure positions Revinate to deliver comprehensive support across the entire customer journey — from initial strategy development through implementation and ongoing optimization.
