Our thoughts:
Giardino is working with high-end cosmetic products and is promoting them from time to time. They did not only send them to their standard contact list for the webshop but also used the data from their guest preferences ( people who are interested in Wellness etc) to enhance their segment. The open rate is very high and almost 90% click through to their webshop.
