Eccles Hotel & Spa ran an exclusive offer to over 9,000 of their past guests for 20% off a future midweek stay. The offer was well received and within days, resulted in 56 room nights books. Guests responded well to the email as they ran a limited time offer and had a compelling subject line (with emoji's). Their open rate for this one-time campaign was around 30% with a 6.6% click rate. 👏🏼
