Alisal Ranch saw impressive results from the early access send of their 2024 cyber sale to locals only. This geotargeted campaign is strategically segmented to reach locals within 120 miles of the property without an upcoming stay and offer them 50% off rates. The team also did two strategic resends of this email. They resent the email to those who had not opened it and again a week later to those who had opened it but not clicked, leading to more than 180 room nights booked by local guests. The campaign also went one step further to drive ancillary revenue by promoting the Alisal Shop, which includes apparel, the new Alisal Ranch Trading Co. line, culinary gifts, gift cards, and more. Opening the 2024 cyber sale early to a local audience proved to be a success!
