Our thoughts:
This one-time campaign sent by Fota Island Resort targeted travelers in Ireland while excluding guests with future says, OTA email domains, and spa guests. This campaign promoted the resort’s spring offers and discounts (that included 15% off an extended stay) and was meant to inspire future guests to book a stay. The campaign prompts guests to engage with the email in order to see the full offer. And guests did just that; the resort inspired guests to book more than 135 room nights.
