This promotional email campaign sent by Graduate Roosevelt Island targeted the hotel’s full database, excluding only OTA email domains and guests with a future stay. This lead nurturing email was meant to inspire bookers with a room offer that included a promo code for a Citi bike pass and 2 complimentary cocktails at the lobby bar — so they could get a “feel for fall at the Graduate Roosevelt Hotel”, as the subject line suggested.
This campaign turned the lookers into bookers. With a 55% open rate and 4.5% open rate, the Graduate Roosevelt Island generated 174 room nights from this one-time campaign. A great example of an inspirational email campaign.
