Half Moon Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica, turned abandoned carts into direct revenue by launching a cart abandonment drip campaign. This automated campaign is designed to re-engage travelers who started, but didn’t complete a booking. The two part drip series reminds guests of what makes Half Moon so special: oceanfront views, warm waters, and adventurous activities. Each email includes a direct link to email the reservations team, making it easy for guests to get questions answered and convert intent into action.
