Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach, an IHG Hotel, recently implemented this strategic marketing campaign leveraging past guest data to drive direct bookings. This campaign, designed as a one-time “we miss you” campaign, targeted guests who had previously stayed at the hotel between October 2022 – March 2023. The campaign included a special room rate and complimentary breakfast if booked before the end of the month. The team also included a filter to exclude those guests that had a future booking in place. This is a great example of a personalized data-driven marketing campaign that drives direct bookings.
