The InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort targeted their international guests with this beautiful email campaign meant to inspire a booking. The hotel segmented their guest database by region and excluded those that were within a quick flight to the property from receiving this campaign. The campaign positions central Vietnam as one of Asia's more compelling destinations, highlights the beautiful red-shanked douc langur monkeys that call the property home, and shares a short video about the resort. This well-thought out campaign included information that their "long haul" guest segment might not be aware of. And it proved very successful for the resort!
