This campaign was targeted at guests who have subscribed to their notifications, had at least one previous stay, and have no future bookings. This one-time campaign promoted the luxurious benefits of Club InterContinental, offering guests a fast track to Platinum Elite status by staying just five nights between 1 August and 31 December 2024. The email campaign outlined the benefits and encouraged guests to book a stay to earn this status. This one-time campaign was a success for the property, achieving the following results:
