Silverado Resort & Spa promoted their on-property summer activities with a room offer sent to a segment of their database that had expressed interest in tennis. This segment had opened a past email that included information about tennis events and packages. And it captured the tennis lovers attention — with over an 80% open rate! This successful one-time campaign generated over 105 room nights by promoting a 3-day tennis bootcamp that was taking place on-property.
