Plantation Island Resort, part of Raffe Hotels & Resorts, leveraged their latest newsletter to inspire previous guests to return and convert new guests to book direct. Their one-time newsletter included benefits for return guests, highlighted new happenings around the resort, and instilled a sense of urgency as guest rooms are filling up for 2024. The newsletter performed exceptionally well among all guests — driving over 250 room nights all from guests booking direct.
