To promote the offer, the property filled their newsletter with various social events taking place around the city and on-property, including their upcoming wine tastings and new lunch menu. The newsletter also encouraged guests to support them by voting in the ‘London Lifestyle Awards’ and by checking out their sister properties. This well designed newsletter reached a wide-audience and saw an above average open rate. July’s newsletter led to almost 100 room night reservations, an increase in revenue from promoted events, and great brand awareness!
