In-Stay Surveys
(available at an extra cost): includes capabilities for soliciting, measuring, analyzing and promoting guest satisfaction via surveys sent after the guest has checked-in, but prior to the guest checking-out of the hotel.

Flex Surveys
(available at an extra cost): includes capabilities for soliciting, measuring, analyzing and promoting guest satisfaction via surveys which are solicited in an anonymous fashion. Receive guest feedback anytime during a guest’s visit via SMS, QR Codes, EMail, WiFi and more.

Meeting & event planner surveys
Post-Stay surveys for Events with no PMS connection. Requires a manual or email upload of guest data to trigger surveys.

Transactional emails
Consist of Confirmation, Modification, and Cancelation emails which are triggered based on guest events in a property management system (PMS) – e.g. a new reservation made, a change to an existing reservation or a reservation being canceled.

Shopping Cart Abandonment
Create contacts with partial booking data and trigger automated campaigns when a contact starts a reservation but does not complete the booking.

Website Abandonment
Captures visitors’ interests via a pop up that appears when landing on the hotel’s website, asking the contact to sign up for offers. Contacts are sent to a Revinate contact list to build the database of reachable contacts and send targeted campaigns.

One to one emails
One-off customized communication to individual guests. Reference a specific reservation to dynamically show their booking details.

Porter API
This is a premium feature that allows you to integrate Revinate’s data into your systems via JSON. This REST-based API is simple to use and accessible from any common web programming language. The API provides overall summary-level data at the property level, as well as recent review-specific data.

OHIP monthly fee
This is a pass-through fee from Oracle that Revinate passes on to the customer for the customer’s data calls. The customer will be billed the monthly fee that corresponds to the number of Rooms at the Customer’s hotel property. The integration fee is based on the consumption of data calculated in calls per month to the Oracle servers. Revinate reserves the right to:

  • Change the fee structure based on changes made by Oracle
  • Charge for data usage beyond the allocated number of calls per month.
  • OHIP Services and the associated monthly Fees will continue to be invoiced by Revinate pursuant to the MSA.
