Our Customers

We’re on a mission to empower hoteliers to take control of their guest relationships and financial destiny. Since the company was founded in 2009, we’ve served over 30,000 hotel customers around the globe helping them unlock the power of their guest data to strengthen relationships and generate more direct bookings - the two main goals of every hotel out there.

Our Products & Technology

We apply the latest technology to solve hard problems, and we always keep the needs of our customers at the center of every decision we make. We believe in user-centric design and feel strongly that beautiful and intuitive design trumps instruction manuals and expensive service packages that are common to B2B software. We research the core needs of hoteliers, design solutions tailor-made to their workflows and goals, and then test again and again using an Agile development process to make sure we get it right. We leverage cutting-edge technologies like Kafka, Kubernetes, Cassandra, and Spark to process millions of records for tens of thousands of hotels because we recognize that driving revenue for hoteliers requires smart use of the best tools available.

Our Leadership Team

From day one, our Co-founders set out to build a culture that is passionate about people, transparent in communication and committed to getting quality (ahem...stuff) done - all while having a great time. (Our CEO, Marc Heyneker, does love himself in an epic costume!). We have a talented leadership team who shares his vision and passion for building a top-notch culture and sets a positive and inspiring tone.

Our Work Environment

With Global Offices in San Francisco, Amsterdam, and Singapore, we take pride in creating work environments where Revinators can thrive. Our offices are designed for collaboration, productivity, and having fun! Our San Francisco Headquarters is located at the Letterman Digital Arts Center in the Presidio - a unique campus with a beautiful national park, coffee shop, state-of-the art gym, and delicious restaurants on-site. In Amsterdam, we’re located in a historic building overlooking the Canals, with easy access to local restaurants and shops on foot or by bicycle.
