Using zip code data, you are able to create great location-based campaigns. Hotel DuPont targeted local guests within 50 miles with a staycation offer. The campaign provided information about the holiday festivities at the Wilmington hotel and included a special promotional offer for local guests looking for an easy, yet festive holiday. No dishes or laundry? Sign me up!

Spa Holiday

When you collect preference data on your guests, which you can now do with Revinate Marketing, it’s easy to send relevant email promotions that convert. The Gibralter Hotel Bowral in Australia sent an promotional offer to guests who stated that they look for spa amenities when traveling. International Holiday Packages

The Flemings hotel knows that every foreigner that saw Love Actually wants to spend the holidays in London. They put together a few different offers to tempt guests from outside the country, but were careful to exclude guests with upcoming stays. The offers include a shopping package and a festival package, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

In House Holiday Announcement 

Most hotel rooms have more cell phones, tablets and computers than guests so communicating with your in-house guests via email makes a lot of sense. The Paramount Hotel invited high-spend guests staying at the hotel to a wreath making class to help them get in the festive spirit.

Family Fun

Duke London knows that the holidays are all about family and creating family traditions. They put together three offers, especially for families, and ensured that the email only went to past guests who traveled with children. The Christmas Family Package even includes a butler who can clean up the crumpet crumbs after the afternoon tea service.

Holiday Specials

Some people love traveling during the holidays and others prefer to stay home and fight with family in private. The Serrano hotel wanted to make sure that their campaign didn’t fall on deaf ears so they only invited guests that stayed with them over the holidays in 2016 and 2017 to return and take advantage of an upgrade offer.

The Hotel Julien Dubuque in Iowa knows that not everyone has thousands of dollars to blow on bottle service on NYE so they put together four different packages at different price points to promote their NYE music party. We love the tongue and cheek names for the packages (Rock Around the Clock, Whole Lotta Shakin’ Going On) but are wondering where the ‘Ambien and Asleep by nine’ package is?
