Marc Heyneker
Co-Founder, CEO
Prior to founding Revinate, Marc spent 9 years at Akamai Technologies in channel development, sales, and leadership roles. He was responsible for leading and growing Akamai's High Tech sales division in North America to over $100M in revenues before starting Revinate. Marc and co-founder Jay Ashton were classmates at Deerfield Academy and later on went on to found Revinate. Marc resides in San Francisco with his wife, Jocelyn, and loves to travel, golf, ski, and fly fish. He is a dual citizen of the United States and Holland, and lives part of the year in Amsterdam.

Dan Hang
President, COO
Dan brings 20+ years of driving growth in public and private technology companies in a range of roles. After starting his career as a technical sales engineer at Akamai, Dan joined the founding team and Trulia in its early days and built up the product team that owned all revenue for the company. After seeing Trulia through its IPO and eventual sale to Zillow Group, Dan led the Rentals division at Zillow before joining Revinate. Dan has a passion for solving business problems through the creative application of technology. Dan is an avid trail runner, mountain biker, and skier who enjoys doing just about anything possible outside with his wife, two children, and dog in Marin County, CA.

Gary Lawrence
Chief Financial Officer
Gary has more than 30 years of professional experience in a number of different fields and has been in the hospitality space since 2015. After graduation, Gary gravitated toward technology businesses, and he has held roles as CFO at Orcom Solutions, President at Cort Software, Turnaround Consultant, and CFO at BendBroadband. Gary was the CFO of NAVIS prior to Revinate’s acquisition and is now the CFO of the combined company - Revinate. Gary has pursued roles with firms demonstrating strong values and providing opportunities for high growth. When he’s not working, Gary enjoys family time, watching sports, and spending time in the great outdoors.

Karen Stephens
Chief Revenue Officer
Karen has held leadership positions in hospitality tech and distribution companies for more than 20 years. Karen joined Revinate in 2013, as Senior Director of Sales, closing some of the company's largest deals to date. From there Karen made her way through both the sales and CS organizations in various roles. As Chief Revenue Officer, Karen is responsible for strategy, performance, and alignment of revenue operations in the company -- spanning the entire Customer Journey across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Karen has lived and worked abroad in both the UK and France. She calls San Francisco home and enjoys spending her free time in Lake Tahoe with her rescue dog, Shaggy.

Jason Standiford
Chief Technology Officer
Jason brings 20+ years experience working at Silicon Valley technology companies. Jason started off as a hands-on software engineer building scalable data services for various startups in Silicon Valley. After a decade of writing code, he discovered his passion in technology leadership and shifted focus to building best in class development teams & software development processes to drive business growth. Jason has a passion for building teams & scalable software that serves the hospitality industry to help increase direct booking Revenue. Jason has a passion for auto-racing, skiing and watching cartoons with his 3 young children

Abhishek Anjanappa
Chief Strategy and Data Officer
Abhishek brings 20 years of experience in managing and scaling growth for various public and private companies in the field of Marketing, Data analytics, Business development and Operations. Abhishek has worked at multiple companies leading their Marketing, Data analytics and Operations teams. Prior to joining Revinate, Abhishek was part of the Quotient Technology’s leadership team and helped the company through its startup to IPO phase along with leading and supporting many M&A integrations. Abhishek loves to identify business opportunities and then develop and implement go to market plans to realize and scale growth. Abhishek is an avid reader and follows sports, politics and current affairs. He enjoys traveling with his wife and kids.

Raj Singh
Chief Marketing Officer
Raj Singh is a futurist, public speaker, and entrepreneur. He founded Go Moment, an AI hotel technology company backed by Google. Prior to Revinate’s acquisition, as the CEO of Go Moment, Raj was involved in scaling the business and in deepening the capabilities of Ivy - the world’s first AI powered digital concierge. During his 7 years at Go Moment, he was instrumental in developing co-creating alliances with IBM, Amadeus, and Google. Raj is currently on a mission to make a billion people smile - a mission that is partly supported by Ivy. Besides his professional ventures, his current preoccupations include biohacking and artistic ventures that fall between the interplay of design and technology. Brooke Hue
Vice President, People & Culture
Brooke has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources in various industries including technology, manufacturing and healthcare. Prior to Revinate she was the VP of Human Resources in the Americas for Icertis and helped grow the global company from 400 to 1200 employees worldwide. She believes that leisure is a core need and is passionate about helping individuals and managers create a vibrant work ethic and culture where everyone maximizes their time at work and at play. She’s an avid reader of non-fiction, and also loves mysteries and science fiction. In her free time, she enjoys a myriad of outdoor activities and recently added gardening to her outdoor activity docket.

Kathleen Reidenbach
Chief Commercial Officer, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants

Lead Investor (Series A). Benchmark believes that great entrepreneurs change the world for the better. The venture capital firm focuses on early-stage companies in the areas of mobile, social and cloud computing. Benchmark is comprised of six equal general partners who take a hands-on approach to every business decision. Benchmark’s portfolio includes companies like Twitter, Dropbox, Asana, and Uber; recent exits such as Bytemobile, Gaikai, Demandforce, Instagram, OpenTable, Yelp, and Zillow; and market leaders like eBay, Juniper Networks, MySQL, and Red Hat.

Lead Investor (Series B). Tenaya Capital is a leading venture capital firm with $1.5 billion under management. The firm invests in high-growth technology companies in the enterprise software, consumer internet, IT infrastructure, communications and electronics sectors. Tenaya Capital is currently investing out of Tenaya Capital VII. The firm has offices in Portola Valley, CA and Wellesley, MA.

Lead Investor (Series C). Sozo Ventures was formed in 2011 to invest in and support IT ventures with their global expansion. Sozo invests in category leaders in advanced data technologies, ecommerce, enterprise cloud, fintech, IOT and healthcare IT, among other emerging sectors.

Amador Capital is a private equity firm that makes minority and control investments in rapidly growing capital efficient businesses. Based in San Francisco, Amador was founded in 2016 by a spinoff team with experience executing transactions in the software industry under a variety of structures since 2000.

Formation 8 is a leading venture capital firm that provides capital and strategic support for technology and energy technology companies. Formation 8 combines deep operating and investing experience to partner with the best entrepreneurs and transform important global industries. The firm is based in San Francisco and has offices in Palo Alto, Seoul, Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore.

Grassy Creek, LLC is an investment firm with offices in London, Amsterdam, Crested Butte, New York and the Bay Area. Primary business lines are Asset Management, Property Management and Technology Ventures.
