Henderson Beach Resort, an Aimbridge Hospitality property, successfully drove stay extensions with this one-time campaign to on-property guests. The campaign targeted guests staying between a specific date range with an exclusive rate to extend their stay by 1 night. The call to action led guests to call the reservations team in order to take advantage of the rate. The resort saw excellent engagement with the campaign — with open rates of over 65% and click-through rates at 5%. This is a great example of communication that keeps guests engaged while on property!
