Landgoed de Holtwijde sent out this great campaign to promote their region for the fall season. They made use of hyper-segmentation by using language filtering, and then sending it to their newsletter database. Furthermore, they sent the same campaign a few days later for those who haven’t received the first one. This is an excellent example of how segmentation increases engagement and leads to more direct bookings. The campaign had an open rate of 56% and a click-through rate of 6.9%, well above the industry average! This led to a total of 376 room nights for the Landgoed de Holtwijde.
Landgoed de Holtwijde stuurde deze mooie campagne om hun regio voor het najaar te promoten. Ze maakten gebruik van hyper-segmentation en filterden hun database op basis van taal en stuurden deze campagne aan gasten die zich hebben ingeschreven voor de nieuwsbrief. Bovendien hebben ze een paar dagen later dezelfde campagne gestuurd aan degenen die de eerste niet hebben ontvangen. Dit is een uitstekend voorbeeld van hoe segmentatie de betrokkenheid verhoogt en leidt tot meer directe boekingen. De campagne had een open rate van 56% en een klik rate van 6,9%, ruim boven het branchegemiddelde! Dit leidde tot in totaal 376 kamerovernachtingen voor Landgoed de Holtwijde.
