Revinate and Cenium announce product integration

Joint customers can now personalize the entire guest journey to improve marketing and drive more revenue with Cenium as a Revinate partner.

Today, Revinate, the software as a service (SaaS) company that helps hotels transform guest data into revenue, and Cenium, a global provider of hospitality management information solutions, announced a product integration that enables guest data from Cenium’s PMS, POS and other solutions to automatically flow into Revinate’s CRM, as part of a strategic partnership between the two hospitality technology companies.

Hotels using the joint solution can now automate and improve their guest lifecycle marketing by using Revinate Marketing to easily segment customers based on reservation data, spend data or other criteria, and create relevant and personalized communications with guests. When personalized, Revinate Marketing emails, including transactional emails, pre-stay upsells and one-time offers, have been proven to convert better than non-segmented emails and drive significant ROI.
