Revinate, 4-time winner of the HotelTechAwards for Email Marketing and CRM, today announced 2 promotions for its EMEA headquarters in Amsterdam as well as 1 promotion for its APAC office in Singapore. Henk Adriaans is now the Head of EMEA, Dylan Cole has become Managing Director of Sales, EMEA, and Nicole Wiener’s new role is General Manager, APAC.
As Head of EMEA, Adriaans is responsible for stoking the culture while overseeing the entire office. Nearly 4 years ago, Adriaans joined Revinate as the Managing Director of Sales, EMEA and was responsible for driving the EMEA Sales team to meet their goals. Adriaans’ promotion follows these continued years of influence and success in EMEA.
Adriaans is passing the torch to Cole, who will be focused on leading the EMEA team’s sales and growth efforts throughout the region. Cole started his journey at Revinate’s San Francisco office nearly 10 years ago. Cole steadily rose through the ranks, leading to his promotion to Managing Director of Sales, APAC in 2020 at Revinate’s Singapore office. While in Singapore, Cole closed some of the biggest ACV deals in Revinate history, including G6, Noble House, and others.
In her position as General Manager, APAC, Wiener will gain even more visibility as she leads Revinate’s efforts throughout the region and helps to support the entire team at the APAC office. Wiener’s promotion follows a successful tenure as Director of Customer Success, APAC, a role in which she led a cross-functional team that supported customers through implementation and beyond.
Karen Stephens, Chief Revenue Officer, congratulated Adriaans, Cole, and Wiener. “I am very grateful to have Henk leading the charge and boosting the culture for the EMEA office. And we are beyond excited to have Dylan leverage his unique style and sales chops to steer the EMEA team to greatness,” Stephens said. “Of course, I also want to say how thrilled I am to have Nicole as the senior leader and champion of the APAC team.”
